I think that cabledog sent you some good advise. I myself have never had a 'good' speeding ticket. I have not had a bad one since '96.
Drive or set your cruise control 10 miles above the posted limit on the Interstates. Never go more than 5 miles an hour on any road posted under 55 MPH. This has worked for me since '96 and I shudder to think of how many thousands of miles I have driven since then. Four shattered windshields and a broken headlight later and I am still alive.
And no I do not hate Truckers!
