maybe i can help you with the details since i trained the individual who did the damage first of all he was a super person there at the office early every day but he was fairly new (4 months) the house was in olivette,a ritzy area and the houses were big and custom he drilled into the main(power) it was ran odd and it was hard to figure out then when the fire dept. arrived they shut off the power,,,but there was another main at another part of the house and from what i hear and the fire department didnt realize it until it was too late in my opinion it could of happen to any tech,,remember look twice before drilling any questions feel free to contact me
