Let me clarify the SOW as the ad reads. My interpretation is this. All active drops will be replaced with a new drop, installed to the new plant with a new bond and ground block. Swing all disconnected drops to the new plant. All of this for an average of $20.00 a drop. This means that some drops pay less and some pay more. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t work that cheap.
