They were good to us, too. I even had very pleasant dealings with the Accounting dept. But those boneheads at the tops (the same who don't answer their phones) are the ones who make decisions to go after people - and the peons have to follow the directions. I had a top person tell me this (when she was new) and now she doesn't answer her phone either....I think this "might" be their way of trying to explain away why their books look funny.
