That’s the whole point. This is what is now considered normal. I have not done an install in 15 years, but I can still hang a textbook drop. There is no amount of money that will get me back into a customer’s home. But when I see a project like this, I see some easy money, and have some fun doing it at the same time. But at $20.00 a drop, please.
I would suspect that the prime is getting something in the neighborhood of $60.00 per drop with a new bond and ground block. I think $45.00 to $50.00 a drop would be a fair price. But if this is rear easement, $60.00 a drop just for the hassle.
