In Atlanta AT&T would send techs to a telephone upgrade that required multiple phone jacks to be run and only pay them for one. The bad part was that they charged the customer for each one. I would always refuse and never take anything like it . My buddy got stuck with an order for seven. The prime told him if he didn't he was out of a job and he would not get a release. My buddy was already in financial problems so we helped him do the order. I quit a few months later.
