I have posted this several time but here go's again.
There have been several post on here about using windows Vista and Stealthware. I have a few pc's that use Vista and stealthware 7.0 fine and then I have a new PC with Vista that it will not work with. I did a little investigation and here is what I have found. Some of the Vista systems like Home and Business are 32 bit operations systems and stealthware works. The PC I have with Vista Ultimate is a 64 bit operating system and Stealthware won't work with it.
You can check your operating system under the computer properties.
You can also use virtual pc software to run windows 98, XP, 2000 and others in Vista and then run stalthware form there for more info go here. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/virtualpc/default.mspx
