If This group is part of c4 than i can understand Why charter may have back charged These guys . They were bad , never told a straight line and always said I'll get back to you on that , gave wrong info always . they are just get the sale see ya later type . Stand clear of C4 I'm not a cable type of guy but c4 only proved to me how much they lie to there CX cable that is .
