Then I would suggest you run away as fast as you can. Working for ADS is one step above slave labor. Tell me if it still goes like this....you work monday- thursday 50 hours and there is no way you are going to make your points for bonus because you got crap jobs all week....then they make you sign a time sheet saying you only worked 40 hours but still expect you to come in on friday, work another 10 hour day for a total of 60 hours and still only pay you for 40 hours @ 8 or 9 bucks an hour...or you get your check and its short so you look into why and find out that you forgot to take a picture of one side of some dumpy house so they decided not to pay ya for the job over a picture that has nothing to do with your install. Is it still like that there? That was the worst place I ever worked in my entire life.
