I would file a complaint with the Dept of Labor. They are DIRECTING your work mandating your presence ON A JOB AT A SPECIFIC TIME. So what does this all mean??? Bottom line, you have become an employee of the company. They cannot do this if you are a subcontractor. That's your ticket to paydirt. You file a complaint indicating what you have online and you'll have them by the short hairs. Everyone does this and gets away with it until someone complains.
