It depends on what state you are working or established in. Most states won't honor a waiver from another state. In Florida you can waiver out if you are incorporated and then get a ghost policy ( a policy that says you have W/C but does not cover you in case of an accident) that way you are able to work out of state(money for nothing). Also you can get sued by your health ins. co. if you file a claim and they find out you were injured on the job, at least in Fl. anyway.
