Re: Need workman's comp. but have no employees


I don't know all the details, but in some situations you can incorporate and file exempt status and not pay the workman's comp. The one time I had to buy a comp. policy my insurance agent just laughed at me. He said people or companies require you to have it thinking they're covering their own butts. But it doesn't cover the person buying the policy.
