And as far as payin for your truck, 40. bucks a day=@10-15 gallons of gas. Wooohooo I seen some of these guys run 130 miles between jobs. I'd get it in wrighting from the office mgr and hr person if they can accrue a pen and piece of paper lol. If you got 3 month old "senior techs" training new guys, what type of installers, scratch that techs do you think they are puttoing in the field??
my definition's:
tech= someone who goes out in the field and works harder at getting out of work because they have no clue how to do the job.
installer= someone who hits any job and puts it in, and wont let any house beat them.
