The receipt (I pressume you have a copy) states AS-IS then it is AS-IS and you are under no further legal obligation...Also the fact that they had possession of it for a week before contacting you doesn't hold well with me...Then the fact that it was being used and consequently making them money is the slam dunk...It is theirs and you wash your hands of them...
But thats just me...
