1st let me give a pat on the back to vegassatellite and to rmblmn1 !!!

funnyfarm just trying to help you out ....you asked the Q's.

If this is for your place like you said before than do it right the first time and set it all up to W/B standars (higher that DTV) at least here on the west coast.

All lines need to be rated to 3 G's and need the 6x8 switch- I always use the zim's .
I would recomend you use a min. of 1 bag of 80lb quick-crete
up to 160lbs total if it where mine.
You will need 4 lines from the dish in the conduit going to the switch mouted at the house grounded (best idea with these types of switches) in addition to NEC code.
hope the line you say you want to use is 3g's SOLID COPPER CORE .
I also recomend you use the 3G rated fittings as well.

On a side note finding the thickest walled pole you can find...since you keep asking as if you haven't been answered already use a 2" pole
