Only QC I ever failed was on a fulfillment contract because it was a service call and I limited my work to just fixing the problem and not wiping the last tech's ass. That was the last fulfillment I did. Since I work for retailers now, it's actually in my interests to wipe tail now as I can bring up directly to the retailer. This has already cost one of my competitor's his install gig with a retailer.
