If your not listed on it then they still have an obligation to pay you. Yes you should get a copy with instructions on how to contest the debt. I believe you file in the bankruptcy court. Ask your lawyer or make a few phone calls to one. Check online for bankrupcty and see what you can find out. Good Luck...
