Love this one..... since when does anything written by the government mean anything to Joe citizen. These rulings are useful to the pitcher and the catcher.... you fielders have to wait until the ball is in play before the ump makes a ruling. Do you have to pay taxes...stop thinking like a poor man.... there is no such thing as taxes... those are expenses. Make more than you can spend it won't matter. Did you guy know the government makes more than the oil companies off of the product the oil companies produce. Uncle Sam makes $1,400,000,000,000(trillion) in taxes while the oil industry makes $360,000,000,000(billion) in profits. Where does all of that money come from....that's right he's in your mirror. Bet you didn't know that if we reduce oil consumption the price of oil will go up. Uncle Sam can't live on less.
