Nextel - yeah right

After 10 years of Nextel, we got rid of them this year. Coverage has ALWAYS been poor and their customer service even worse. We bought one of their new hybrid phones and it had even worse coverage than an ancient Nextel. Sprint was always bad out here in CA anyway so nothing improved at all.... what a joke.
