Dude, I 'm currently going through the same thing with nextel. I cannot get into my online account because of this new pin creation deal, and the website to create that pin is "being worked on but should be up within 24 hours" . Yeah it's been screwed up for over a week and I have an unlimited plan for voice, direct connect, data on a blackberry, and a wireless card for my laptop. Funny thing is I can get into the section to add more services or get a new phone added to or upgraded to me account w/o a problem because thats more revenue for them, I just can't view my bill so I know what I'm being billed for and pay it online.
I got disconnected 3 times last night while trying to straighten it out and told them if not in 24 hours then I would cancel my $260 a month worth of services and move on after paying my bill and having my # ported over to somebody else.....screw direct connect.
