Hook up with a Licensed Electrical Co.
Prove to them that you know your stuff! Make sure that you know your stuff first. Then a good relationship ensues and you have all the coverage that you need to do Low voltage High voltage and the rest of the Stinkan badges!

When work gets slow I have two electrical wanting my services for Cat 5e and Cat 6 in a commercial envirornment. No money in residential. Both pay me what they charge their Customers just to make Customers happy.
