Call 5 companies that build fences. If you cannot have a fence built in a week or two -well Dawg - Start building FENCES! This works with any type of company.
There is a retired Air Force guy in this town that has a poop cleaning service. I know it sounds strange but he actually goes to peoples homes and scoops it up and makes good Diniero doing it. It is a crappy job and someone has to do it yet people pay!!! And Well!
My neighbor's son printed door hangers off of his computer and TARGETED the neighborhoods close to his house to save on gas. Beat the competition and had to hire two of his college buddies that same month.
