Hmm whats that suppose to mean? I have "Shiny" rims on my car whats your point? Are you trying to say people who invest in providing HUD and rentals are bad people ? If their trash cans are by their front door are you referring to townhouses or road homes where their isn't much of a choice depending on the layout of the builder? Crime is everywhere their is no escaping it unless you fence your property off from the rest of the world but then you will only make yourself a target so you still can't escape it. So please help me understand what you are "really" trying to say. No need to hide behind indirect words.. thats for politicians.
