From my exp. AFS is better as far as routes are usually better,pay is better,all custom is yours,and you have some flexibility with scheduling /Although afs companies tend to pop up for 3 months and then disappear,taking a months worth of your money.
hsp...suck ! you will always be on the phone with dispatch.pay is less.you can not control your route ..AT ALL!!..and you will probably get screwed before its over.
Just stay away from Satellite or cable contracts.If you work ,punch a clock,with taxes and labor board protection.My dtv days are over..
