Well, Ladies and Gentlemen, I have an update.
Teleco did Not bother to include themselves in the hearing at the labor board on the 6th of December. So this was rescheduled to the 21st of December. Which I am proud to say they did a nonrespondant to this as well. Wich the case was ruled in my favor as the hearing proceeded without them. So.. Not only did I get the judgement against teleco, I got it against the owners as well.
Thank you Teleco for not for making this all easier.
Oh, and I almost forgot, The judgement was also to decide how much I would be awarded in late fees, interest, and for penalties I think it will be up to 100%. So the 2300.00 is now up to 4600.00 with interest and collection fees on top.
Teleco is a NO SHOW
