One of the problems I'm well aware of is dispatches ability to smack ya with another work order at the last minute. Picture this... it's 8:45am, you're already rolling then dispatch drops an electronic bomb on ya... two more 7-9's. Then they wanna back charge for busted time frames! I dunno man, but I'm pretty sure some executive bumped his head.
