Oh yeah by the way. Next year one of the cable providers plans to pay by the point, but on a sliding scale basis. In other words the higher your repeat rates the lower the payout per point to the prime. Which boils down to you could be at 0% repeats and get letters of praise from all of your customers, but if the nut tuggers that the boss hired to fill the quota for semi warm bodies can't keep his or her act together the company gets penalized as a whole and there goes your prices as well.
