I sure hope they don't/aren't trying that crap. It's rare that any of my customers HAVE a landbased phone. I do mostly rural SC and rural GA markets. I DO make sure to note each account, even if the IVR activation works (which is rare) I'll hit "2" and get someone to note no phone and turn off IPPV svcs. I hope that spares me. Otherwise, we'll just have to charge the cx $10 each when installing?
