Should be an incentive for you to keep a detailed list for yourself. Things happen - PDAs break/stolen/etc, transmission errors, you name it. Simple dates, addresses, item codes, extras, customer's name, problems encountered, etc. This info is helpful to any tech/installer who lands behind the 8-ball later and ends up having to explain customer-reported complaints/damages, or fighting employers who claim they didn't receive any work orders....
