No chopps he was installing harmonic vibration eliminators to keep the strands from singing like a violin string in the wind and creating tower vibration... when that happens all the nuts, bolts & clamps come loose and mean Mr.Gravity takes over.. and it all comes tumbling down..

it's a must on the really really long spans in high wind zones
