For $60 I will drive over there and toss the system out to your house as I drive by. For $65, I will get out of my car and leave the system on your porch.
My minimum price is $80 for the first receiver/tuner and $25 for each additional tuner/receiver within a 50 mile range. I can make good money even with buying my own "approved" materials. I also make extra money upselling surge protectors, Monster HDMIs, homeplug adapters, etc.
I did cable for a bit when I moved out here to the Phoenix area until I got established in satellite here. I had a hard time dealing with plant issues and also with walking out of homes where I could have upsold another $300 in accessories but cable doesn't permit it.
