If your talking about the plant hardening ( retro ) the prime is CCG. From what I know from friends it is shut down for the holidays. The shut down isn't all about the money, they want to minimize the impact on the cust. We're still going strong with plant maint. in the Philla. metro systems. Even doing some node replacements & node splits.
