Off the subject a little bit, reminds me of when the customer put his own foot in his mouth.
I needed to wallfish a line, as i climbing the ladder into the attic i noticed the customer was behind me climbing up the ladder in his bare feet and shorts. I explained to him that it was dangerous to walk in the attic and he should stay down... he insisted on checking the new waterlines that were just added by the plumber, his house!
As im making my way across the attic i hear UUGHH!.. I turn around and the customer's gone, nowhere in sight.
I start making my way back only to see a gaping hole in the ceiling with the customer sprawled out on the floor. He was more embarrassed than hurt.
