actually the best way to handle this is with a class action suit. get everyone to sue dtv for letting retailers and other companies to continue this way. after they lose maybe they'll put a policy in that not only dtv qc at less 10% of all work but at here to tech complaint. this will push out companies that are using non sbca techs and hackers and deal with the hsp, mos, subs, and retailers
