OR WHAT i HAVE SEEN, THE CONTRACTOR DOSEN'T HAVE A CONTRACT SIGNED YET AND IS LEARY ABOUT GETTING SUBS...SO HE RUNS AN ADD WAITING TO SEE IF HE CAN ATTRACT ENOUGH SUBS TO DO THE JOB...NOT HAVING A FIRM CONTRACT WITH THE PRIME..AND MAY NEVER HAVE...HE IS TESTING THE WATERS AND GUESS WHO SUFFERS,,,THE SUB.
Answer:::If you are going to sub, get a firm contract first before you move on anything...signed by the contractor with a price list attached....make him commit to you..this is good in court in any state.
