The divisions I have worked for always paid great and on-time. Each one was run differently but personally I wouldn't hesitate to work for them. I am not familiar with their divisions in the east though. 3 of the divisions I have worked for over the years were always professional and require all the proper insurances and paperwork, so you need to be on top of that.....
