The meter was handed to him and unless he signed an agreement to return at the end of the job (and technically the job is NOT over untill the final payment is made)...the meter is his...it is his collateral because I can guaran-damn-tee he can prove (in a court and NOT the police station) he did the work while te other guy CANNOT prove he paid him...So be quiet acting like you know what your talking about...You will be the one going t jail filing false reports...
