"We pay our contractors very well. We can't help what you end up getting paid" I heard a lot from the managers. I'd reply "Well, this is what we get paid. Do you really think you are going to get quality or just a tech rushing through the day because every house is a rework and hardly make enough to put gas in the truck to roll to the next screwed up job?"
responses were "We need the work done. That is it."

It is a bastard child of the TW SC systems that is for sure. all the junk of the SC system was there. Going out with broken boxes and remotes. Going to wireless jobs with no wireless cars.. loosing money hand over fist.
