Where has this guy been... just for your info there are just as many NO PAYING SCUMBAGS in the Construction industry...they pencil whip you, have you 30 days out even thou they were paid 14 days, they tell you that the job is composite, even thou there are numerous Line Items.. even some cost plus... but hey man it is ALL COMPOSITE.... just my 2 cents
