I will tell you a true story that happend back in 2003,
My Grandfather who built houses for all of his life till he was in his 80's , he was still kicking strong so he went in for his normal check up and his Doctor told him he needed a pace maker, simple proccess right?
Not so fast
He came out of surgery on a ventilator , we stayed by his side for days,
Then along came his doctor asking him if he is feeling better, then the Hospital came by to ask will we be taking him home?
knowing he wasnt getting better, so then the insurance calls and says he has surpased his stay and will need to go into a rehab center, the rehab center doesnt have the proper care that he needed,
He died 2 days later all because the hospital rushed him out ,
due to the Insurance not covering more days, more care
My Grandfather had at least another 5yrs in him.
