Hootie, your right, you should sue, just from the information you told me that that report said I cannot hire you. I am sorry but once again that bad report has cost you a really good job. I was going to offer you 120000 a year but well, that report made me think you are not a quality human. Good luck.
OK so for real man, that sucks. If you didn't get the job, try and get them to sign something saying that that report was the reason.
That would help in court. Tell them you need them to sign the form to get the company to remove the bad information from your record.
forget to mention litigation. I would be pissed. That really will cause you great distress in life.
