Welfare is designed on purpose by the rich to keep the poor in their place. The poor are designed to scare the crap out of the middle class. Seems like you are right where the Republican's want you....scared.
I hear no concern about Clinton's surplus turned into the largest deficit ever by carpet bagging war criminals. The selling out of the country to the Chinese, the huge subsidies to oil companies and huge tax cuts for the extremely wealthy.
No your concerned that some poor family might get a break.... Extremely selfish and typically Republican.
