Re: signing a waiver to a mechanics lien

I was a sub for Orius when they filed bankruptcy and a mechanics lien was the only way I came out of it. Bad idea to give your only leverage you have away.... I notice all the contracts the primes have for verizon work have the waver in them. Does anyone know if that comes for verizon?
