Your ignorance ceases to amaze me. 1% of the illegal population are in jail because only 1% have been arrested and convicted of crimes. Can you provide some facts that contractors are hiding illegal immigrant criminals? If so, let me know, and I'll personally report them. If not, quit pulling ideas out of thin air to back up your ridiculous argument.
