Re: Why Can't I start a thread???

Im not even sure how to start a thread on here so sounds like a good place to start one......Does anyone know if DTV is still charging back for Non Responders?(Phone Lines) Doing work with DirectSat and just got first ones since the lawsuit in FL. I thought they stopped that.
