My experience has been much different with Direct Sat Usa. I have no complaints with them. Direct Sat's parent company will do close to $250 million in sales this year. They are owned by Unitek (www.unitekusa.net). I USED TO work in collections (not any more) and I have worked prodominatley for contractors and not once did their name come across my desk. I have dealt with the CEO and his staff on numerous occassions and I have to tell you, this company is by far the best one in the industry. Hands down, no questions asked. This isn't even debateable!!! It's a breath of fresh air to have a company like this around. And no I don't work for them.
