As mentioned, they are an HSP.
My experience..........the ad here on the Bar led to another company.
At some point the second company reported "lost or stolen receivers".
Nobody at directsatUSA would research the lost boxes. I was told no money coming and sued the subcontractor........I have a judgement for four thousand dollars.
DirectSat USA has been uncooperative about helping me collect my judgement.
Everybody is too busy.
Also, expect long hold times to close jobs........and, in my case they "lost" 23 boxes in spite of the big deal call center.
I am going to have to sue them just to get their file on the Baltimore company that subcontracted the work from them.
They are not ready for prime time.
