Simply put there no better than any other HSP. As far as rates I donno, I don't work with them directly. Just beware. They do change things every so often. Right when you get used to a way they try to make everyone change over and over again. Remember a big company just changes names. They don't change people, and if they did they would all hold pretty close to the same positions. Thats the problem with big companies. So if you think they might be different from another HSP, They still have the same standards as others and they will not and have not replaced everyone there from the old name of apex.
Thats the best advice I can give you.
