The one thing I had never heard Bush and Congress had done or at least I didnt remember hearing it, they slipped in a bill that redefines financial institutions as everything except your house. I mean actually have it listed everything pharmacy, grocery store,doctors, about everything under law is now listed as a financial institution.
One reason was because Bush and Congress( I dont want to leave out those incompetent fools), passed into law making it a crime to tell anyone that a search warrant was served.
See before the change who ever got served had to call to let the person who was being searching had to be notified. Like if they served your bank the bank had to call you 1st to let you know.

I knew they made it a crime to tell but didnt know they reclassified everything as financial institutions.
