Need mentor, not negativity

I have been in the cable industry 11 years...did satelitte (Dish) about 4 years ago. Have opportunity to help a local person out doing a few installs. Quality, and running cables second to none, have meter...not high def....need settings for dual lnb. And what do I need to know on calling in the information and customer education. Person who gives me he best information (email me documentation)and I will send a gift certificate for you and your other...for a nice dinner. Cable cut off financing for now and want to make a good impression. Confident..but want to make sure i's are dotted and t's crossed. Lets be positive and help a fellow tech (or installer out).
